Did you take advantage of the August special at JCP where they gave every kid a free haircut? We already went to their salon before the freebie offer, but now I love them even more. JCPenney just announced in their newsletter that they would continue the free hair cut program.
Starting November 4, take your kid to any J.C. Penney salon on Sundays only for a free haircut. The offer is only available for elementary age children in kindergarten through sixth grade. Just call 855-JCP-KIDS or stop by your local salon to book an appointment.
