Amazon Toy Deals 10/29

Here are the best deals I see today. Remember, when the prices drop really low, they usually last for a short time.

This Furreal puppy is close to $60 everywhere else, but $39.99 right now.

This is a wonderful, sturdy dollhouse with awesome reviews. Right now, it's $30 cheaper than anywhere else. It comes fully furnished, and the free shipping makes it a really great deal.

This Simon Flash game is only $18.99, but closer to $30 elsewhere. It looks like it would be a really fun game. I love Simon.

The Ultimate Optimus Prime is $70 at other stores.

A few more good deals on great products.

What's on your wish list? I am always looking out for great deals, so I'll be happy to add your item to my shopping.

FREE Samples of Tea

It says you can request up to two samples of tea. Give it a shot!

Amazon Electronics Trade-In

If you have looked at my Making the Most of Amazon post along the top of the blog, you already know that you can trade in old video games, books, and music for Amazon credit. This year, as you're working on your holiday shopping budget, maybe you could trade in some of your old electronics.

The hot item this year looks to be the Kindle Fire.  You can pre-order now!  They're coming out in November.  For $199, it's one of the cheapest full color tablets you can find.

If you've already got a Kindle, you can trade it in for credit toward the new one.

If you have a Nintendo DS, but want to trade it in for the new(er) 3, that's also possible.  Trade in any video games you're no longer using as well.  You may as well get them out of your house, and it will help you save money on the new ones on everyone's lists.

FREE Laundry Coupons

I always love to get these coupons, since I'm pretty brand loyal to Tide and Bounce. I've included a few other laundry coupons.

FREE Sample Christie Brinkley Skincare

Amazon Toy Deals 10/24

There are a few really good toy deals today on Amazon. Seems they've been focusing lately on traditionally "boy" toys, so you're in luck if you have a Thomas fan. This one is excellent. Here's the main link to the Thomas deals, and here are some of my favorites.  They have the wooden railway and the trackmaster toys on sale.  I'm focusing on the wooden railway.

There are also a TON of Cuddlee Pets on sale for under $10 with shipping.

I'm not familiar with WOW Toys, but these are on sale, then you get to save an additional 20% when you buy 2 or more. They're really cute and remind me of the Little People.

I will be back with a jewelry deal.

    Amazon Grocery Deals, 10/21

I don't normally do so many grocery posts in a row, but there are some really great grocery deals to be had right now.  If you'd like to see all the October deals in one place, check here.

These ramen packs are 24 for between $4.00 and $4.50. It's around 16-18 cents per package, which is about as good as it gets. Just these three varieties priced that low for right now, but check the others.

Some healthy snacks on sale. Remember, the price is actually 15% lower than what is mentioned on the picture:

Oatmeal Squares are our favorite splurge cereal. They have lately been creeping up close to $4 a box, so we re having them less and less often. This 6 boxes average out to $2.76 a box, which would have been my stock up price in the store BEFORE cereal prices went insane.

**Remember, to get the low price mentioned, you have to sign up for Amazon's Subscribe and Save promotion.  This will get you free shipping as well as an additional 15% off.  If you don't want to continue to get the shipments, you can just go in your account under "manage my subscriptions" to change or cancel additional shipments.  You can still buy as many as you want at the super low price right now.

Reader Request -- Best Winter Gear Deals

I got a request yesterday for the best deals on winter coats for kids. I started researching last night and found the deals not to be all that great. I KNEW they would get better as weekend approached, so now here it is, with some great coupons to sweeten the deal.

My favorite type of coat is the 3-in-1 or 4-in-1 style, because you'll get a jacket with a hood, a liner that zips out to be its own coat. You can wear either part separately or put them together on the really cold days.

I was happy to see The Childrens Place release this great coupon on their Facebook page.  You can click on it and get the coupon to print out if you'd rather shop in store, or you can use these codes online.  30% is HUGE.

Hi fans! Make sure to shop our BIG HUGE SALE from October 20-23!
Get 30% off $60 or more with webcode M4F2011
Get 25% off $50 or more with webcode N4F2011
Get 20% off anything with webcode P4F2011

Their 3-in-1 jacket is on sale right now for $44.96.  If you need to buy 3 (like the person who requested it), you will be able to use the 30% off coupon and get these jackets for $31.47 each!  2.5% cash back if you go through Ebates.  You can also get 3% cash back (and a $5 sign up bonus!) if you use Shop at Home.  I'll do a post about that later in the week, but here's the signup banner for the bonus.
    ShopAtHome Banner

This looks like the absolute best deal, and you can't beat their quality.

     KOHLS
Another great place to shop for coats is Kohls.  They also have some great coupon codes, and it looks like they are stackable. They also just mailed out some coupons for in store.

Use code WELUVU20 first for 20% off, then use code EXTRA15 for an additional 15% off!

Their 3-in-1 is $63, and they also have some two piece sets with a coat and snowpants for $61.  This brings the coats down to around $43, but they also have the Kohls cash deal.  Buy three of these, and you'd get $20 back in Kohl's cash.  4% cash back if you use Ebates.

    JC Penney
JC Penney also has really good sets, and they are also on sale.  The best I can find for JC Penney is a $10 off $50 printable coupon.  You can print a couple of these, and just make separate transactions.  They're good through November 10.

**Now, the real answer for cheap coats is this: buy them ahead.  I bought my coats in about March last year, when they were on final clearance.  I do the same with gloves and hats, and then if we have extras they can go to the Angel tree later on.

    Amazon Grocery Deals, 10/20

There are no good toy deals to be had today on Amazon, but I've found some really good grocery deals today. This seems like it won't last long at all--$6.35 (when you do subscribe and save) for a 7 pound bag of cat food! This isn't my usual brand, but I know that if I get mine to average out for $1 a pound, I jump on it.

If you're stocking your office (or maybe you have a huge creamer love) get this package with 192 creamer cups for only $10.89. That's only around 5 cents a cup!

Even cheaper for the unflavored creamer cups.

A couple of decent peanut butter stock up opportunities.

Kmart Blue Light Specials This Weekend

This looks like a great time to get Halloween costumes--50% off BEFORE Halloween. The 50% off Wonderkids Sets also looks great.

    •  While you're there (if it's Saturday before the new ad takes effect), pick up a coupon for a FREE Capri Sun, FREE Coke 2 liter, and a FREE Oreo Double Stuff Heads or Tails.  These are available if you've spent $25 in grocery or health and beauty.   See it in your local ad HERE.
    • You can also get 4 boxes of General Mills cereals for $10 (not the greatest, but use your coupons) and when you buy 4, you'll get a coupon for a FREE gallon of milk.
    • Family socks and hosiery are BOGO right now.
    • BOGO Garnier Fructis and Olay face products.

    Amazon Toy Deals 10/19

Here are the best deals that I see today:

The Happy Napper ladybug is on a Christmas list in my house and a great deal at $16.  That Lego Space center is $20 cheaper than any other place!

I may add to this later on today, but you can also look at the movers and shakers list to find your own markdowns.

FREE Mix Tape From Spin Magazine

Looks like this will actually get you two free albums from Spin magazine. You'll need to like them on Facebook, and then you can get the free CMJ 2011 mix tape. If you look at the tabs on the left side, you can also download Newermind. Or you can click here for that one.

If you're still needing free music, head on over to my free downloads post that I do at the beginning of every month.

    Amazon Deals 10/18

Of course the Amazon deals come and go quickly, but these are some of the best I see today. There's a scattering of toys, clothes, and food here because I didn't find enough good deals for any individual posts.

    So, the grocery deals:

This Folgers coffee is about as good as it gets lately! It's 3 big cans (these have been around $9.99 in my area, sometimes higher) for $17.07 (be sure to do subscribe and save) which brings them under $6 each.

$24.06 for 12 boxes of Annie's Mac and Cheese (made with rice pasta, so it's gluten free.)

50 cents a jar for Earth's Best Organic, and it's a variety of fruits.

$14.76 for THREE two pound jars of honey. That's cheaper than the little bears at my store.

    On to the toys!

This Nerf gun is half price right now, and under $10 makes it a great gift deal.

Here is a GREAT (over) 400 piece Lego set that is regularly $30. It's on sale for $24, so a decent drop in price. It pains me to think of how hard the night walk to the bathroom would be if my kids had this.

This is a great opportunity if you're in the market for Leapster Explorer, Leapster 2, or a Tag system.  Amazon is offering 15% off bundles "for a limited time."  Not sure how long that will be.

    Some clothing deals:

With these Underoos, they qualify for that clothing store newsletter discount I'm always harping on. If you still haven't signed up for the newsletter, do it NOW and get 20% off your next clothing purchase. Then get these Spidy undies and make a kid's day! I wore my Wonder Woman Underoos long after they were too small and socially unacceptable. I loved those things.

Just because I know you'll be looking, I found all the Underoos on Amazon, along with some Spidy underwear for $6. There are NO GIRL ONES! There are, however, some really cute adult Wonder Woman sets that are way overpriced.

Don't forget the boots deals!  Amazon has almost 800 pairs of boots for men, women, and juniors for an additional 25% off!  No coupon needed for those, and you don't even have to buy two or more for this discount to come off.  It last through October 31st, and 25% will come off when you checkout.  If you have that 20% coupon from the newsletter, this could really make winter shopping affordable.

See the link above for the full list of boots.  Here are a few of my favorites.

Enjoy! And if you find a great deal, be sure to share!
