Just got this one in my mail, thought it was too good not to pass along. Buy a full sized bottle of Olay Quench, and then fill out this handy little rebate form to get the total cost back.
You'll have to get it by April 16th and mail by April 30th to qualify. You should be able to use coupons but still receive the shelf price back, and here's another rebate I found when looking for printable coupons to share. I know there were a lot of Olay coupons in the P&G coupons a couple of weeks ago, so you could use those.
