Amazon Holiday Preview, Now With Links!

I just opened this email from Amazon, with tons of insider information on the upcoming Holiday shopping season. There are some deals already going on, so I'll try to post things in chronological order.  A lot of these are link previews, so the current link will take you to a holding page or something else.  They will work on the appropriate day.
