Post Halloween Clearance
The Halloween stuff (and don't forget to check the dollar spot!) should be 75% off at Target and maybe Kmart today. I'm going to check it out and will report back when I know anything for sure. If you have a report on clearance, post it here in the comments--let's share the info we have.
