Hasbro Amazon Event

This looks like a pretty good chance to stock up on some cool new board games for gifts.  They don't say how long this promotion lasts, but the savings gets higher the more you spend.

For a limited time, you can save big on these select Hasbro toys below. The savings increase depending on how much you spend. Spend $25 on select toys below and you get $5 off. Spend $40 on select toys below and you get $10 off. And finally spend $55 on select toys below and you can get $15 off. Discounts will be applied at checkout.

There are a lot of Hasbro toys and games included in this deal (not Blokus, which I was looking at as a reader request and how I discovered this deal.)   I know the U-Build versions of old Hasbro classics are really hot this year.  Most of them are discounted from $25 to around $15.  If you were to buy all four of them, they'd be down to around $55, then $40 total after the discount.





Here is a link to the toys included in this deal right now.  It also looks like Hasbro is offering a buy 3 get 1 free deal on many of their games sold on Amazon.  I just tried it with the U-Build games, and it did take the $15 off, but didn't make one free.

I found these four (card) games included in the B3G1 deal, so you could get them all for around $4.50 each. 



In addition, there are a lot of the more "traditional" family board games included in this promotion. Many are marked down to $8-$10 each.



I know that Target has had some of the little kid board games like Candyland, Chutes and Ladders, and Hi Ho Cheery-O for $4-$5 many times right before Christmas, so you may be able to wait for some better deals.  Some of these are favorites from when I was a kid, and still played a lot in family gatherings.
