I have all the ongoing deals listed in the Amazon Links page, so be sure to check them out. I wanted to highlight two that are ending soon, and may help you with the man or outdoorsy person on your list.
First, ending today--the Victorinox deal (there are 7 pages). They're the makers of all the Swiss Army products. They have several on sale right now, and a $10 off $50 deal going on right now. Here are some that I think look like a good deal or would make nice gifts.
The second deal is the Coleman sale. Get $20 off $100 on these select Coleman products. Some of the items are already 50% off or more (you know, because most people don't camp in the middle of winter) so getting an additional $20 off woulde be great.
If you have more items, I would divide the order to get the discount twice. Even if you don't have Amazon Prime, you'd get free shipping over $25 anyway. Some of the best prices I see:
